In this game, Doggo the origami dog takes players through exercises modeled after the folded paper test that is commonly used to assess spatial reasoning skills. The game has two modes: Training+Test and Master Mode.

In Folding Training + Test mode, the player is guided first through a tutorial that teaches how to fold a paper virtually, making lines between possible folding corners. Then, a series of folded papers are presented to the player, who has to fold a flat paper the same way as the objective paper.

In the test, the player goes through a set of questions where a piece of paper is shown being folded one or multiple times, and then a hole is punched through it. Players must figure out how many holes would appear in the unfolded paper, and select from five possible answers before time runs out. For help, players can choose between the “reload” button, which repeats the animation of the paper being folded, or the “help” button, which discards two incorrect answers. If they select the wrong answer,
Doggo will appear to give them feedback and explain why that answer was wrong, explaining the number of holes expected in the unfolded paper, and also the correct locations of those holes.

In Master Mode, the player completes the same kind of tests, however the questions are automatically generated using algorithms to ensure that a different set of questions are presented each time the game is played. This mode is designed for experienced players to further train their spatial reasoning skills.

The game can be played on devices running Android 4.1 or higher, and it is

Paper folding is relevant to our daily lives, as we use this skill when wrapping a present, folding our clothes, making signs or envelopes, and doing paper crafts such as origami.
